Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager
NinjaTrader is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and scale in-product lifecycle experiences. This role focuses on creating personalized in-product messaging throughout the customer journey to drive activation, engagement, and retention. The position is integral to NinjaTrader's mission of empowering traders with cutting-edge products and services.
Key responsibilities include building and managing multi-channel lifecycle programs with an emphasis on in-product messaging, identifying and implementing segmentation and personalization opportunities, and executing lifecycle experiences across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs based on product usage. The role also involves partnering with Product and Data teams to ensure necessary segmentation and personalization data triggers are available, running A/B tests to improve performance, and continuously refining messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix.
The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with hands-on experience executing campaigns in Braze or comparable platforms. A strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys is essential, along with proficiency in working with data, metrics, and experimentation. Excellent attention to detail and execution quality are also required.
The salary range for this role is $95,000 to $145,000 USD annually, with an additional annual target bonus of 10%. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan with a company match up to 3.5%, 23 days of annual paid time off plus seven paid holidays, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage.
