The Senior Payroll Analyst at DriveWealth will serve as the functional owner of the company's payroll operations, focusing on daily execution and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. This role is integral to DriveWealth's mission of democratizing access to financial independence through its API-based platform, enabling partners to offer seamless investing and trading experiences globally.

Key responsibilities include processing accurate payroll for employees across U.S. and Lithuanian jurisdictions, supporting the transition to ADP to modernize and automate payroll operations, and maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local payroll laws. The analyst will also manage reporting, garnishments, and statutory filings to ensure timely submissions, reconcile withholdings for benefits funding, and monitor payroll-related costs to support corporate financial reporting.

Candidates should have 6–8 years of progressive payroll experience within financial services or a regulated fintech environment, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline, and proficiency in ADP within a multi-state environment. Strong knowledge of New York payroll regulations, experience scaling to multi-state and global locations, and understanding of accounting principles related to payroll are essential. A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is highly preferred.

DriveWealth offers a collaborative work environment that blends the agility of a fintech startup with the stability of Wall Street. Employees are encouraged to be in the Chicago office four days a week to foster real-time problem-solving and accountability. The company values transparency, accountability, and responsiveness, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.
