Sr Product Manager II
As the In-Market Product Manager for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region at Axon, you will lead the definition and execution of the company's product strategy across this diverse area. Axon is dedicated to protecting life, capturing truth, and accelerating justice through innovative products and services, and is rapidly expanding into international markets. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by introducing and scaling Axon's ecosystem, including body cameras and digital evidence management solutions, across the META region.
In this position, you will work directly with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to uncover operational needs and translate them into clear product priorities. Your responsibilities include shaping product strategy to ensure that global roadmaps reflect regional constraints and deliver meaningful impact in the field. Additionally, you will bridge sales and product functions by aligning external promises with internal capabilities, ensuring precision and follow-through in multi-country deals. Engaging early in regional tenders and RFPs to shape requirements and guide proposal strategies will be crucial to positioning Axon for success in high-impact opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in product management or a related technical role, with direct engagement with customers and the ability to translate field needs into product outcomes. Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, cross-functional environments and manage relationships with senior stakeholders is essential. Experience spanning both software and hardware products, particularly familiarity with SaaS, Cloud, or IoT ecosystems, is highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required to effectively communicate across the region.
