Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Lending
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Chime, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for the company's lending products, including MyPay and SpotMe. This role involves translating complex financial services into clear, compelling value propositions for Chime's members, aligning with the company's mission to provide accessible and user-friendly financial solutions.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing lending products, crafting differentiated positioning and messaging to enhance customer understanding and adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics to ensure cohesive execution. Additionally, you will influence product roadmaps through customer insights and market analysis, and drive product adoption and engagement through data-informed marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2 years focused on consumer lending. A proven track record in managing end-to-end go-to-market strategies, strong skills in positioning and messaging development, and the ability to translate complex product features into clear customer narratives are essential. Experience working closely with Product, Growth, Brand, and Analytics teams, as well as a strong analytical mindset to inform strategy and measure impact, are also required.
Chime offers a competitive base salary ranging from $176,000 to $244,000, depending on experience and location.
