Sr. Product Marketing Manager
Peloton is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to co-drive the strategy, development, and execution of key business initiatives that enhance awareness, sales, and All Access Member subscriptions. This role is integral to the Connected Fitness product portfolio, requiring a deep understanding of Peloton's business objectives and target audience challenges to define opportunities for current and future products. The position reports to the Director of Product Marketing (Connected Fitness) and collaborates with various teams, including Hardware, Product, Design, User Research, Consumer Insights, Finance, and Marketing channels, to develop and implement impactful global go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities include developing product marketing strategies for new products and features within the Connected Fitness portfolio, leading the creation of positioning and messaging informed by quantitative and qualitative insights, and crafting clear briefs for marketing channel owners. The role also involves managing large, multichannel, cross-organizational projects and campaigns by coordinating multiple teams across Product, Marketing, Business, Finance, and Content, overseeing campaign development through execution. Additionally, the Senior Product Marketing Manager serves as a strategic thought partner to the Product team, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance products and software experiences, and consolidating cross-channel insights to measure the success of new product initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings over eight years of marketing experience, with a focus on product marketing and a proven track record in driving go-to-market launches. They should possess the ability to devise creative solutions to evolving business needs and see them through from strategy to execution. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the capability to lead and influence cross-functional partners to achieve results. The candidate should be proactive, able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable presenting new strategic ideas to peers and leadership. A collaborative mindset is crucial, embracing tasks of all sizes to contribute to the team's success.
