Sr Program Manager II, Ops Business Accelerators, AI (Onsite)
Axon is seeking a Senior Program Manager II to join its Global Manufacturing Operations organization, specifically within the Operations Business Accelerators team. This role focuses on Business Process Automation and AI-enabled knowledge work, aiming to design, build, and maintain automation and AI solutions that enhance performance across Operations. The position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and reports to the Senior Director of Operations Business Accelerators.
The Senior Program Manager II will collaborate with business users and IT partners to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable automations using the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, AI platforms, and related technologies. Key responsibilities include designing and deploying end-to-end automation solutions, implementing AI-augmented workflows, developing Azure components, and ensuring adherence to best-practice governance. The role also involves producing technical documentation, providing user training, and acting as an internal champion for AI in Operations.
Candidates should possess a B.S. degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field, along with over five years of experience in designing and implementing scaled business process automation solutions. Experience supporting Operations functions and familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft D365 F&O or SAP are essential. Proficiency in building or integrating AI-powered solutions into business workflows, strong understanding of relational databases, and the ability to write advanced SQL queries are also required. Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
