Sr. Software Test Engineer, Mobile
NinjaTrader is seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer to join our Mobile team, focusing on our Flutter-based iOS and Android applications. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile trading platform, which empowers traders to make informed financial decisions. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic environment dedicated to delivering cutting-edge products and services to the trading community.
In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining a scalable end-to-end mobile automation framework for our Flutter applications. You will lead automation efforts across both platforms, focusing on long-term framework stability and coverage. Your day-to-day tasks will include implementing and enhancing mobile automation using tools like Appium or WebdriverIO, designing and enforcing a Screen/Page Object Model architecture, and integrating automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient testing processes.
The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in QA engineering and test automation, with significant expertise in mobile automation. Proven experience in building and scaling mobile end-to-end automation frameworks for iOS and Android is essential. Strong hands-on experience with Appium, WebdriverIO, or similar tools, along with proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript, is required. Additionally, experience with CI/CD tooling for mobile delivery, including GitHub Actions, and a track record of improving automation stability and reducing flakiness are highly valued.
NinjaTrader offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 USD for this role, along with an annual target bonus of 10%.
