Sr. Technical Sourcer
Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, this role focuses on building strong pipelines, developing creative sourcing strategies, and partnering closely with Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to attract top technical talent. This is a 6-month contract position, with the flexibility to work remotely and occasional travel to our NYC headquarters.
In this role, you will proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates across multiple technical disciplines using a diverse range of sourcing tools and methods. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, conducting thorough intake discussions to align on sourcing strategies, and delivering an exceptional outreach and initial candidate experience that reflects Garner’s values and mission. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity, and provide market insights to influence search strategy and hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in technical sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment, startup, or tech company. Proven success in building pipelines for engineering, data, or product roles and engaging passive talent is essential. Strong relationship-building skills, a consultative approach when partnering with recruiters and hiring teams, creativity, and persistence in finding talent through multiple sourcing channels are also key qualifications. A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with urgency, individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback is highly valued.
The target hourly rate for this position is $50-70/hour. Individual compensation will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Garner Health offers a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact on healthcare at scale.
