This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company focused on protecting life and enhancing public safety through innovative technology solutions.

In this position, you will lead engineering architecture design reviews, set high technical standards through code and architecture evaluations, and mentor engineers. Proficiency in designing and delivering high-availability, scalable cloud-based systems, writing maintainable code for backend microservices, and experience with backend services in managed languages such as Go, Java, or Scala are essential. Frontend experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, as well as strong experience with SQL databases, is also desired.

Axon offers a competitive salary and 401k with employer match, discretionary paid time off, paid parental leave for all, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans. Additional benefits include fitness programs, emotional and mental wellness support, learning and development programs, and employee resource groups (ERGs). The company fosters a collaborative in-office culture designed to support meaningful teamwork, mentorship, and shared success.
