Graphcore is seeking a Staff System Software Engineer to join their Bengaluru team, focusing on the design, development, automation, and reporting of integration and system tests across firmware and device drivers. As a member of the Integration and System Test team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality tests to ensure the reliability of system software releases. Your duties will include developing reusable and scalable pipeline solutions, maintaining internal tools, and collaborating with development and QA teams to deliver robust and efficient solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing methodologies and processes.
Ideal candidates should have over 10 years of experience in low-level system testing and integration, with expertise in RTOS, complex boot logic, Linux, and device drivers. Proficiency in test development using Python and C/C++, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with build and integration tools are essential. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in addressing complex cross-layer issues are also required.
