Formlabs is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to join our team in China as a Startup Founder. This role offers the unique opportunity to leverage your experience in product development, leadership, and problem-solving within a collaborative and innovative environment. As part of Formlabs, you'll contribute to our mission of redefining digital manufacturing and making high-quality 3D printing accessible worldwide.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating products and services that shape the future of digital manufacturing. Your day-to-day activities will include building and leading teams of talented individuals, making critical decisions that directly impact our core business, and working at the intersection of various complex disciplines. You'll be involved in all aspects of the company, from research and development to global-scale shipping.

The ideal candidate has previously built a business, preferably in the technology sector, though all entrepreneurial experience is valuable. You should have experience creating multi-disciplinary technology products, excel at hiring and leading teams, and be able to thrive in a constantly changing environment. A strong drive to do whatever it takes to get the job done, from developing new technologies to building partnerships and selling products, is essential.

We offer a competitive annual base salary ranging from ¥800,000 to ¥1,200,000 CNY, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact on the organization. Full-time employees also receive equity in the form of RSUs, allowing your financial investment to grow with us in accordance with your impact.
