Statistics Tutor

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include using proprietary software applications to provide high-quality inputs, labels, and annotations for defined projects. You will collaborate closely with the technical team to train models on human interactions, problem-solving, and discussions. Additionally, you will refine annotation tools and select or create challenging problems in statistics to enhance model performance. Tasks may involve gathering or providing data in text, voice, and video formats, including annotations, audio recordings, or video sessions.
Candidates must possess either a Master's or PhD in Statistics (or Mathematics with a specialization in statistics or probability) or have achieved a medal in an International Math Olympiad (IMO), International Statistical Olympiad, or a similar competition. Proficiency in reading and writing both informal and professional English is essential. Strong abilities in navigating various information resources and databases, along with outstanding communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills, are required. A solid reading comprehension ability and the capacity to exercise autonomous judgment, even when presented with limited data, are also necessary.
Compensation for U.S.-based candidates ranges from $45 to $75 per hour, depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, geographic location, and qualifications.
