Candidates should have over five years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of exceeding key performance metrics. Compensation for this role is market-based and varies depending on location, with U.S. locations categorized into four zones based on a cost of labor index. The starting pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
