The Strategic Account Manager at itD Tech will play a pivotal role in strengthening client partnerships and enhancing consultant engagement within the technology and social media sectors. This position offers a fully remote work environment, with a preference for candidates based in Austin, TX, and requires occasional onsite presence for client meetings and consultant events.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for consultants and client partners, building trust through responsiveness and clarity, and supporting consultant performance and satisfaction throughout engagements. The role also involves leading consultants through the full engagement lifecycle, participating in interviews for key client roles, maintaining accurate records across projects, and developing strategic relationships with client stakeholders to monitor account delivery and identify service improvements.

Candidates should have over five years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting delivery roles, with a proven track record in managing strategic accounts and growing business relationships. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in CRM systems and experience with Statements of Work (SOWs) and quoting conversations are also required.
