The Strategic Account Manager, Public Sector, Brazil, is a key role within Axon, a company dedicated to protecting life through innovative technology solutions. The role reports to the Country Director and is based remotely within Brazil, with travel expectations exceeding 40%.
Key responsibilities include managing and growing revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve Axon's strategic objectives. The manager will develop and maintain client relationships to drive revenue growth, execute account strategies by collaborating with the account team, and ensure effective service delivery. Additionally, the role involves overseeing all account activities, forecasting, gathering intelligence on competitor activity, and providing customer product training as necessary.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in Portuguese and English and possesses an extensive track record in software sales, particularly in SaaS or cloud solutions. Relationship and consultative selling experience are essential, along with the ability to clearly articulate complex solution offerings. Proficiency in data management using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies, and a collaborative team player mindset are also required. Experience in startups or specific verticals, as well as familiarity with law enforcement or public safety sectors, is considered a plus.
