Strategic Accounts Director
The Strategic Accounts Director at Cohere Health plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with health plan clients. A deep understanding of health plans, particularly Medicaid, and the factors influencing their strategic priorities is essential. Strong relationship-building skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also required.
This fully remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from $189,000 to $205,000 annually, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, flexible spending and health savings accounts, up to 184 hours of paid time off per year plus company holidays, up to 14 weeks of paid parental leave, and pet insurance.
