Strategic Enterprise Account Executive - DACH
The Strategic Enterprise Account Executive role at Trustpilot focuses on expanding the company's presence in the DACH region, encompassing Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Key responsibilities include managing the entire enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals with leading brands across sectors such as eCommerce, financial services, energy, and regulated industries. The role involves leading executive-level discussions, navigating complex buying processes with multiple stakeholders, and building a robust pipeline through structured outbound strategies. Collaboration with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Marketing teams is essential to drive qualified opportunities and enhance Trustpilot's enterprise offerings.
Candidates should have a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, managing long, consultative sales cycles, and closing high-value deals involving procurement and executive decision-makers. Fluency in both German and English is required, along with strong organizational skills, proactivity, and a strategic mindset. Experience in eCommerce or MarTech is advantageous, as is familiarity with sales and marketing tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn.
Trustpilot offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, uncapped commission, and company bonus. The role follows a hybrid working model, combining time in the Hamburg office with remote work.
