The Strategic Growth Manager at Compass plays a pivotal role in driving the company's market expansion by recruiting top-producing real estate agents. This position is fully onsite, based in one of our Philadelphia offices, and involves significant time meeting clients and prospects in the field. Compass, founded in 2012, is revolutionizing the real estate industry with its end-to-end platform that empowers agents to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Key responsibilities include effectively selling the Compass value proposition—encompassing technology, marketing, culture, and growth—to persuade leading agents to join Compass. The role requires direct engagement with decision-makers, facilitating a more streamlined sales process. Success is measured by the Gross Commission Income (GCI) brought to Compass, with deal sizes ranging from $200,000 to over $3 million and an average closing time of about 30 days.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and have over five years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve complex problems independently are essential. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proven track record in strategic and operational roles are also required.

The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, with a potential bonus target of $30,000 to $60,000, and additional performance-based incentives. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with a comprehensive range of benefits.
