The Strategic Growth Partner (SGP) at Compass plays a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence by collaborating closely with the Strategic Growth team. This position is based in Fort Worth, Texas, and requires full-time, on-site engagement. Compass, established in 2012, is revolutionizing the real estate industry by providing an end-to-end platform that empowers residential real estate agents to deliver exceptional service to their clients.

In this role, the SGP is responsible for generating new business opportunities to build the sales pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts. Key responsibilities include direct outreach to prospective agents via cold calls, emails, and integrated marketing campaigns; articulating Compass's value proposition; and collaborating with Strategic Growth Managers to develop successful prospecting strategies. Additionally, the SGP will document all activities within the CRM, maintain flawless data management, and drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant experience in roles such as Sales Development Representative, Customer Success, Direct Sales, or Account Management. Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to solve complex problems without direct supervision are essential. Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities to handle multiple deadlines, and a proven track record of excellence across strategic and operational responsibilities are also required.

The base pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential bonuses and restricted stock units as part of the compensation package.
