Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategic Operations professional to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. This role focuses on integrating acquired companies into Anduril's core business systems, including CAD, PLM, ERP, WMS, and MES. The position is crucial for ensuring seamless transitions, fostering growth, and maximizing the value of our strategic investments.
Key responsibilities include driving the planning, execution, and stabilization of operational and business system integrations for acquired entities. The role involves managing interdependencies, resolving roadblocks, and securing alignment from diverse stakeholders across functions such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, HR, and Deployments. Additionally, the position requires developing comprehensive integration strategies, harmonizing systems and processes, and overseeing data migration to ensure integrity and compliance.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in Operations, Business Systems, Strategy, or IT roles with a focus on systems implementation and integration. Proven experience in multiple full-cycle ERP or Business Systems implementations, preferably with Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, or SAP, is essential. Strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a high degree of ownership with a strong outcome orientation are also required. U.S. Person Status is necessary due to access to controlled data.
The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $149,000 annually, with highly competitive equity grants included in the compensation package.
