Summer Finance Analyst, Co-Invest

Audax Group is seeking a Summer Finance Analyst to join its Finance Team, focusing on co-investment entities that invest alongside the firm's private equity and private debt funds. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic investment environment within a leading alternative investment management firm.

The Summer Finance Analyst will be responsible for accounting and reporting tasks, including recording daily activities in Investran, assisting in the preparation of quarterly financial statements and capital allocations, and reconciling individual investor reports. Additionally, the analyst will monitor and track cash inflows and outflows, reconcile cash daily, and assist in coordinating capital calls and distributions to co-investors. The role also involves collaborating with legal and compliance teams to prepare legal documentation for co-investment commitments and maintaining organized filing systems.

Candidates should be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Accounting or Finance, with an anticipated graduation date of May or June 2027 or 2028, and a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Word is required, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A background in accounting information systems is considered a plus.

The position is based in Boston, MA, with an in-office requirement of three days per week, subject to adjustment based on business needs. The internship runs from June 2026 to August 2026.
