Supervisor Field Collection
The Supervisor Field Collection role at involves managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery team to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This position is integral to the company's operations, focusing on maintaining optimal delinquency rates and efficient accounts receivable movement on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Key responsibilities include supervising the team of Field Collectors, providing coaching and addressing performance issues as needed. The role also entails monitoring the results and frequency of Field Collector visits, allocating handling areas for each collector, and managing consumer payments. Additionally, the supervisor is expected to report and discuss target achievements, challenges, and difficulties with upper management, as well as analyze consumer handling and provide feedback to superiors.
Candidates should possess a minimum of six years of experience in the banking or finance industry's collection sector and hold at least a bachelor's degree in any field. Strong communication skills, leadership qualities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, analytical abilities, and robust problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
