Support Associate (remote)

As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be an integral part of our dynamic support team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers, courier partners, and merchant partners. Wolt is a technology company that started with food delivery in 2014 and has since expanded to offer a wide range of services in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, further enhancing our global reach and capabilities.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries via live chat and phone, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our support functions. You will be the vital link between our courier partners, merchant partners, and end-users, providing timely and effective assistance to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and fluency in additional languages is considered a plus. The role involves working in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as our support services operate seven days a week.
