Support Engineer
Echodyne is seeking a Support Engineer to join our team in Kirkland, WA, focusing on developing high-performance commercial radar solutions. This role is integral to our customer-facing team, ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by providing expert technical support and fostering strong relationships.
The Support Engineer will develop a deep understanding of Echodyne's radar products and be responsible for addressing technical inquiries from customers and field solutions engineers. Key responsibilities include responding to customer questions promptly, performing in-depth data troubleshooting and analysis, managing the return merchandise authorization (RMA) process for defective hardware, maintaining support cases within our CRM system, and occasionally traveling to customer sites for advanced technical support during critical implementations and demonstrations.
Candidates should possess an entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-first orientation, demonstrating the ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks effectively. Required qualifications include a degree in Engineering or Computer Science and at least two years of experience in a similar role, with internships and military experience being acceptable. Preferred skills encompass experience managing customer activities in familiarity with next-generation defense hardware, proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, and experience with Linux operating systems.
The compensation for this position ranges from $86,623 to $129,883 annually.
