ROLLER is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment efforts for our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, focusing on sales positions across the United States and the United Kingdom. This role is integral to our mission of expanding our global presence in the leisure and attractions industry by bringing in top-tier sales talent. The successful candidate will be based in either East Austin, Texas, or Walnut Creek, California, and will collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and execute effective hiring strategies.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles, including Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), and Sales Leadership positions. Responsibilities encompass translating business objectives into clear hiring plans, sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates through various channels, and ensuring a seamless interview and onboarding process. Additionally, this role involves acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on role design, candidate assessment, and market trends.

Candidates should possess a proven track record in recruiting for sales positions within the SaaS industry, with experience in both the U.S. and U.K. markets being highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with both hiring managers and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, a data-driven approach to recruitment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
