Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to our mission of becoming the leading financial marketplace in Indonesia. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, managing and maintaining a continuous stream of applicants, and shortlisting the best candidates from our talent pool. You will also identify potential talents for future company needs, conduct culture-fit interviews, and prepare comprehensive reports on open positions, hiring funnels, turnover rates, and headcount requisitions. Additionally, you will participate in a variety of HR projects to enhance our recruitment processes.

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in recruitment; however, fresh graduates with a strong passion for talent acquisition are encouraged to apply. Excellent interviewing skills to assess candidates' talents, motivations, and cultural fit are essential. The ability to handle a high volume of applications and interviews daily, coupled with strong communication and time management skills, is crucial. Comfort with ambiguity, rapid changes, and a proactive, ambitious, and persistent attitude will set you apart. Knowledge of recruitment in the banking, insurance, or fintech industries is a plus.
