Talent Analytics & Operations Manager
Garner Health is seeking a Talent Analytics & Operations Manager to join our Talent Team, reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This role is pivotal in ensuring our recruiting processes are seamless, data-driven, and efficient, supporting Garner's mission to transform the healthcare economy by delivering high-quality and affordable care.
The Talent Analytics & Operations Manager will oversee daily workflows for the Talent Acquisition team, proactively identifying and addressing workflow gaps to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring key recruiting metrics, partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders to translate data insights into actionable plans, optimizing and managing talent acquisition tools and systems, and building intuitive dashboards to inform hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Business Operations, or a high-growth People Operations environment with a focus on scaling complex processes. Strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, and direct experience administering modern Applicant Tracking Systems are essential. Additionally, strong project management skills and a proven track record of improving candidate experience and recruiter productivity through process enhancements are required.
The target total compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
