Team Leader Field Collection

The Team Leader Field Collection at is responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of the Collection and Recovery teams to ensure the achievement of predetermined targets. This role involves supervising field collectors, providing coaching, and handling cases that require special attention. The position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and offers a contract employment type.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency and accounts receivable targets, assisting collectors with challenging customer cases, and supervising and coaching field collectors. The role also involves monitoring field visits, allocating territories to collectors, managing consumer payments, and analyzing customer handling to report to superiors. Additionally, the Team Leader is expected to review and approve visit plans and discuss branch target achievements and challenges with management.

Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in banking, leasing, or multifinance sectors, with fintech experience being a plus. A minimum education of D3 is required, and preference is given to those with experience as a supervisor or coordinator of field collectors. Applicants must possess a motor vehicle and at least a SIM C license, with SIM A being advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are essential, along with honesty, loyalty, and the ability to work towards targets. The role requires hard work, teamwork, a preference for fieldwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
