Team Manager

Candidates should possess 3–5 years of leadership experience in customer support, preferably within contact centers or the financial services industry. Essential skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, a strategic mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in workforce management tools and CRM systems. Additionally, holding an NMLS License and meeting qualifications for Qualified Individual licensing in required states is necessary.
The compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $77,400 to $86,000 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. Employees are also eligible for company equity in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs).
