Technical Content Development Manager, Fury Fighter Aircraft

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manager of Content Development for the Fury Fighter Aircraft program. This role is integral to the Mission Success team, a cross-functional group responsible for product operations, training, and user documentation. The company is dedicated to transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, emphasizing rapid development and deployment of cutting-edge systems.

The Manager of Content Development will oversee the creation and delivery of Technical Data Modules, ensuring that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly. This involves close collaboration with engineers, operations personnel, government representatives, and third-party vendors to understand the product and user workflows. The role requires leading a team to produce various technical documents, including manuals, procedures, checklists, and release notes, all while meeting contractual obligations and deadlines.

Candidates must have at least 7 years of experience in generating technical documentation, preferably in accordance with military standards, and a minimum of 3 years managing technical manual development in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering documentation, experience with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) for S1000D publications, and the ability to build Department of Defense-focused content in XML are essential. Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance is also required.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $149,000 per year, along with equity options.
