The Technical Implementation Engineer role at Axon focuses on deploying and integrating Prepared's solutions for public safety agencies. Key responsibilities include leading on-site and remote implementations, configuring hardware, and integrating systems within public safety agencies. The engineer serves as the primary technical contact during onboarding, collaborates with project managers and client stakeholders, and provides Tier 2 technical support. Additionally, the role involves working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to refine implementation processes.

Candidates should have over five years of experience with public safety systems such as 911 call handling, CAD, radio consoles, and logging recorders. Experience in technical field services, implementation, or installation roles with a strong customer-facing component is essential. The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments, autonomy in project management, and effective collaboration across teams.

Axon offers a competitive salary, with base pay ranging from $111,600 to $148,800, depending on geographic location.
