ROLLER is seeking a Technical Product Manager to enhance and standardize localization capabilities across its platform, supporting operations in over 30 European countries. This role is integral to strengthening regional foundations and facilitating continued expansion. The position is based in London, offering a hybrid work approach with an office located in Shoreditch, close to Liverpool Street.

The Technical Product Manager will lead a senior squad focused on regional readiness, addressing fiscal and regulatory requirements, regional payment and integration patterns, and scalable approaches to localization, such as language configuration and market-specific rules. Responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of European market expansion initiatives, driving complex fiscal and regulatory integrations, transforming evolving EU regulatory requirements into clear technical requirements, extensively validating fiscal API behavior, coordinating with distributed teams and external partners, partnering with Engineering to break complex work into deliverable slices, managing technical debt isolation requirements, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and regional partners to ensure compliant market entry.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager in a technical domain, such as platform, integrations, payments, APIs, or developer tooling. Experience supporting international expansion or localization for a SaaS product is highly desirable. The candidate should be comfortable with API contracts, integration patterns, and technical trade-offs, possess exceptional autonomy, have a strong bias toward shipping, have exposure to payments, tax or fiscal compliance, or regulated product areas, and demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across distributed teams. Fluency in French or German is a bonus but not required.

ROLLER offers a competitive compensation package and benefits aligned with the level of ownership expected. As the company scales, so do the opportunities for career growth, with progression driven by impact and capability, not tenure. Strong performance is recognized and rewarded. Additional perks include ROLLER Recharge days to celebrate and recharge once goals are met, engagement in the 'Vibe Tribe' for company-wide initiatives, access to the Team Member Assistance Program for health and wellbeing support, 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks for secondary carers, and an individual learning and development budget.

ROLLER is consistently highly rated on Capterra and G2, trusted by leading operators worldwide. The company has been Great Place to Work certified across multiple regions for several years, reflecting a culture that values trust, autonomy, and growth. The team comprises over 300 smart, grounded, and genuinely passionate individuals working across the globe, caring about quality, ownership, and doing work they are proud of without taking themselves too seriously.
