Technical Recruiter
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our mission of protecting life. Embedded within our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This position is based in our London office, operating on a hybrid schedule that emphasizes in-person collaboration from Tuesday through Friday, with remote work flexibility on Mondays.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating interviews and extending offers. You will proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing techniques, including leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment data to identify trends and inform decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement in our hiring processes.
To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a blend of agency and corporate environments. Demonstrated success in sourcing and recruiting for technical positions, coupled with the ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions, is essential. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, and a genuine commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion will drive your efforts to foster an inclusive recruitment process.
