Technical Recruiter - Contract
As a Technical Recruiter at Anduril Industries, you will play a pivotal role in the company's rapid growth by sourcing and hiring top-tier technical talent. This position is a 6-month contract with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process. You will be expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in hardware engineering roles such as Mechanical Design, Structures/Composites, Propulsion, Thermal Systems, and Electrical. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, including the ability to work directly with hiring managers to drive strategic recruiting efforts. Proficiency with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Gem, as well as familiarity with various sourcing avenues, is also required.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with an hourly rate ranging from $50 to $70 USD.
