Technical Recruiter
As a Technical Recruiter at xAI, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier technical talent to drive the company's mission forward. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, encompassing sourcing, assessment, closing, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with technical leaders to comprehend their hiring needs, proactively source candidates through creative research and outreach, and leverage data to enhance recruitment strategies and outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience recruiting for technical positions in fast-paced, high-growth environments, either in-house or through agencies. A strong understanding of the technical talent landscape, demonstrated success in sourcing and closing competitive candidates, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are essential. Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations are also critical.
Compensation for this role ranges from $130,000 to $210,000 USD annually, with the actual salary determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
