Technical Sales Representative for EMEA (German speaking)
Formlabs is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic Global Sales team in Berlin, Germany. This role focuses on engaging with clients across the EMEA region, particularly German-speaking markets, to promote and sell our cutting-edge 3D printing solutions. As part of a company dedicated to revolutionizing the way the world creates, you'll collaborate with a team of innovators committed to making advanced fabrication tools accessible to professionals worldwide.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to deal closure, handling inbound leads and building a robust sales pipeline to meet ambitious revenue targets. Your responsibilities include understanding customer engineering challenges, effectively communicating complex technological solutions, leading product demonstrations, and negotiating to guide clients toward purchasing decisions. Additionally, you'll develop lasting relationships with engineers, product teams, and business leaders, transforming initial purchases into long-term partnerships.
The ideal candidate is fluent in both German and English at a C1 level or higher and holds a degree in engineering, technology, or another STEM field. We are looking for individuals who are naturally competitive, results-driven, and enjoy influencing decisions. A passion for technology and a desire to translate technical knowledge into impactful sales outcomes are essential.
Compensation for this role includes an annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from €60,000 to €80,000, comprising an uncapped sales bonus and equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). By advancing through our career ladder, there is potential to achieve a six-figure salary within a few years.
