As a Technical Services Manager at Axon, you will play a pivotal role in deploying network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon's Fleet systems. This customer-facing position involves leading installations, managing third-party vendors, and ensuring exceptional post-sale support to enhance public safety through innovative technology solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating and overseeing Fleet installations, maintaining clear communication with third-party installers and customers, and providing comprehensive training sessions for both technical and non-technical staff. Additionally, you will develop accurate installation diagrams, offer guidance on optimal hardware placement, and ensure compliance with data collection standards.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in programming IP-based Ethernet networks, a thorough understanding of 12-volt electronics, and proficiency in troubleshooting vehicle communication systems. Strong leadership skills, the ability to work independently, and exceptional communication abilities are essential. Experience with law enforcement agencies and fluency in French are advantageous but not mandatory.

Axon offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $74,250 to $118,800 CAD, along with bonuses and stock awards.
