Axon is seeking a high-energy, experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. This role focuses on providing exceptional support for Axon's Fusus products and services, ensuring a stellar experience for our law enforcement customers. As part of our mission to protect life, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to addressing critical safety and justice issues.

In this position, you'll work closely with law enforcement agencies to become an expert on the Fusus solution, including its applications, APIs, and roadmap. Your responsibilities will include leading consultative solution audits for prospects, conducting detailed network analyses, and providing frontline email and phone support to resolve complex technical issues. Additionally, you'll collaborate with internal teams to triage and prioritize agency change and feature requests, develop knowledge base articles, and participate in an on-call rotation for critical escalations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent experience or certifications. A minimum of three years of technical support experience, including routing and switching, is required, along with at least two years of SaaS experience. Operational knowledge of virtualization, Linux operating systems, and storage devices is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are highly desirable.
