Technical Support Engineer II - Costa Rica
As a Technical Support Engineer II at Storyblok, you will be an integral part of our Support team, focusing on managing complex support tickets and independently resolving intricate technical issues. Your expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) and web technologies will be crucial in delivering exceptional assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient user experiences.
In this role, you will oversee cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely responses and exceeding customer expectations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including tech support, sales, and partner account managers, will be essential to streamline processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to product improvements by providing valuable insights based on customer feedback and may engage directly with customers via video calls to troubleshoot complex technical issues in real time.
To be successful, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in Technical Support Engineering is required, along with a thorough understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js, and their fundamental principles is essential. Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Headless CMS, is advantageous. Fluency in English with excellent communication skills is necessary, and prior remote working experience is preferred.
