Your expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) and web technologies will be crucial in delivering exceptional assistance to our clients, ensuring smooth and efficient user experiences.

In this role, you will oversee the entire support lifecycle, from the initial customer inquiry to case resolution, including triage, reproduction, and creating detailed bug reports for the development team. Additionally, you will mentor and train junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.

To be successful in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or have equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in Support Engineering or Software Engineering is required, with a strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js, along with a solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, is essential. Experience with CMS platforms, particularly Headless CMS, is advantageous. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary, and prior experience in remote work environments is preferred.

Storyblok offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a monthly remote work stipend to cover home internet and electricity costs, a home office equipment package provided at the start (laptop, keyboard, monitor), and an option for home office equipment upgrades or a membership to a local co-working space after onboarding. Additional benefits include sick leave, parental leave, 25 days of annual leave plus local national holidays, a personal development fund for courses, books, conferences, and materials, and participation in the Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP). The company also organizes annual international team-building trips and quarterly and monthly online get-togethers. As a fully remote company, Storyblok emphasizes work-life balance with flexible schedules.

Joining Storyblok means becoming part of an international team that values collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, striving to create a hiring environment where all individuals feel equally respected and valued. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing company, participate in various "firsts," and be part of a team that works hard together to accomplish shared goals.
