Technical Support Engineer II - Thailand/Vietnam/Indonesia
As a Technical Support Engineer II at Storyblok, you will be an integral part of our Support team, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region, specifically Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Storyblok is a headless content management system (CMS) that empowers marketers and developers to create and manage structured content across various digital platforms. In this role, you will handle escalated support tickets, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and provide expert assistance to clients, ensuring seamless experiences and resolving challenges with precision. Your responsibilities will include managing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle, educating customers on product features and best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years in Technical Support Engineering is required, with a thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs. Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, React, Next.js, or Nuxt.js, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, is essential. Experience with CMS platforms, particularly headless CMS, is advantageous. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary, and experience in remote working environments is preferred.
