Telemarketing

Cermati is a financial technology startup based in Indonesia, dedicated to simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online. As a Telemarketing professional at Cermati, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to our mission of making financial services more accessible to the public.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include contacting customers to verify their data, offering various financial products over the phone, accurately completing application forms using our computer programs, ensuring all application data is thoroughly filled out, and promptly following up with customers who have registered.

We are seeking candidates with at least a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong drive to achieve targets, proficiency in communicating in proper Indonesian, and experience in telemarketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Additionally, candidates should be adept at operating computers, not currently enrolled in academic programs, willing to be placed in the Tomang area of West Jakarta, quick learners who can follow instructions well, and diligent, disciplined, and responsible in their work.
