Telesales – Collateral Loan

Indodana, a leading fintech lending platform in Indonesia, is seeking a Telesales professional to join our Collateral Loan team. Indodana offers services such as PayLater, installment plans without credit cards, and online cash loans, all regulated by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

In this role, you will educate and offer collateral loan products over the phone to a provided list of customers. You will contact customers who have initiated applications but have not completed them, coordinate with relevant teams to expedite the processing of submitted applications, and strive to meet established call and sales targets.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Telesales or Telemarketing professional, preferably in banking, multifinance, or collateral loan sectors. Strong communication and persuasive negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to work towards targets and proficiency in computer use. Additionally, you should be capable of accurately explaining installment simulations and cost details to customers.
