The role also involves building strong, trust-based relationships with local sellers, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences, and implementing referral strategies to generate future opportunities.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of full-cycle sales experience, including field sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals. Experience in business development activities such as hunting and cold calling is essential. Applicants must reside in the Sydney area and have reliable transportation, as the role requires extensive in-person engagement. Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems is also required.
