TikTok Shop Manager
Mammoth Brands is seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our rapidly expanding TikTok Shop for the Harry’s and Flamingo brands. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), brand marketing, growth marketing, product development, and supply chain, to drive business growth and enhance our social commerce presence.
Key responsibilities include conducting weekly business analyses to identify performance drivers, optimizing product assortment and pricing strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives. The manager will also work closely with brand marketing to align creator partnerships with brand priorities, ensure seamless Shopify integration for order fulfillment, and engage with affiliates to build strong, productive relationships.
The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Experience in e-commerce, social commerce, growth marketing, program management, or category management is preferred. Familiarity with the Beauty & Personal Care or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sectors is advantageous.
