Trading Growth and Expansion Manager
The Trading Growth and Expansion Manager at NinjaTrader is responsible for leading the execution of new trading experiences and instrument readiness. This role involves driving partner integrations and coordinating internal teams to transition initiatives from concept to live adoption. The manager will clarify project scopes, define measurable success criteria, and ensure cross-functional alignment throughout the development process.
Key responsibilities include managing the prioritization and readiness for trading experience launches, tracking milestones, and ensuring cross-functional preparedness. The role also involves evaluating and managing external partners, coordinating platform integration requirements such as APIs and workflow dependencies, and defining launch success metrics. Additionally, the manager will lead the rollout of new tradable instruments, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in program management, business operations, product operations, partnerships, market launch, or platform integrations. Experience in trading ecosystems, including brokerage, active trading platforms, market structure, or derivatives-adjacent products, is essential. Proficiency in APIs, integrations, and operational workflows is required, along with strong written communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional execution with high accountability.
The position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, with an annual target bonus of 10%. Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% company match, generous paid time off, paid parental bonding leave, and comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage. The role is based in Chicago, IL, with a hybrid work schedule: in-office Tuesday through Thursday, and remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Additional remote flexibility includes 20 flex remote days annually and 5 company-wide office-optional weeks tied to major holidays.
