Transfer Agent Operations Specialist

Figure is seeking a Transfer Agent Operations Specialist to join its dynamic team, focusing on the accuracy and integrity of investor records and share transactions. The specialist will manage the entire lifecycle of share exchanges, ensuring timely and precise execution within the internal operations portal. Responsibilities include developing new policies and procedures, identifying workflow improvements, and collaborating with clients and internal partners to resolve issues, all while maintaining strict compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Candidates should possess 2–5 years of operational experience in banking, transfer agency, corporate trust, or custodial services. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to share movements, proficiency with financial technology, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvement are essential.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $55,250 to $74,750 annually, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly, and company equity in the form of RSUs.
