Treasury Manager

As the Treasury Manager at AirTrunk's Tokyo office, you will report to the Associate Director, Japan, and collaborate closely with both the local Tokyo team and the global Treasury team. AirTrunk is a leading technology company specializing in hyperscale data centers across the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, committed to supporting the digital growth of the world's most transformational companies.

In this role, you will take a lead position in managing post-closing deal activities, proactively contribute to the execution of new project financing loans, and independently interface with banks and debt investors to support and expand lender relationships. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include executing new financing transactions, managing existing loan facilities, and providing operational support for broader treasury activities such as cash management and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of corporate treasury or corporate banking experience, with demonstrated exposure to project finance. A strong understanding of loan documentation and financing processes is essential, along with fluency in both Japanese and English to operate effectively in a bilingual, international business environment. Knowledge of the loan syndication market and property finance is highly valued, and curiosity about the data center business is a plus.
