Vice President, Solution Engineering (Value Engineering) - DACH
Celonis is seeking a Vice President of Solution Engineering (Value Engineering) for the DACH region, based in Munich, Germany. This leadership role involves overseeing a team of Value Engineers to drive the end-to-end customer value journey, from acquiring new clients to expanding and renewing existing accounts. The position is integral to Celonis' Go-to-Market strategy, ensuring customers maximize the value derived from the company's Process Intelligence Platform.
Key responsibilities include translating customers' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases, communicating value opportunities to C-level executives, and serving as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio. The role also involves facilitating business value workshops, leading the development of strategic expansion roadmaps, and ensuring customer success through effective change management. Additionally, the VP will provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the platform based on new use cases.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a people and business leader in customer-facing roles within consultancy or SaaS providers. Essential qualifications include strong leadership skills, executive presence, sales and commercial acumen, and deep business process knowledge across various domains such as finance and supply chain. Expertise in SaaS, data analytics, applications, and AI is crucial, along with a proven track record in promoting innovation and following value selling methodologies.
