Vice President, Value Engineering - DACH

The Vice President of Value Engineering for the DACH region at Celonis will lead a team of Value Engineers to drive the end-to-end customer value journey, from acquiring new clients to expanding and retaining existing accounts. This role is integral to Celonis' mission of unlocking productivity by embedding data and intelligence into business processes. The position is based in Munich, Germany, aligning with Celonis' strategic focus on the DACH market.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire customer value journey, translating clients' strategic objectives into impactful Celonis use cases, and communicating value opportunities to C-level executives. The VP will also facilitate business value workshops, build strategic expansion roadmaps, and ensure customer success by managing change within the client base. Additionally, providing feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases is essential.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience as a people and business leader in customer-facing roles within consultancy or SaaS providers. Demonstrated ability to lead by example, engage with senior stakeholders, and possess strong business acumen across various domains such as finance and supply chain is required. Expertise in SaaS business models, enterprise software, and modern AI technologies is also essential.
